Maggie is the most professional agent among who I used. She was totally on the buyer side and think for buyers. When I bought home in the crazy market, I met three agents. Every one told me you need give high price and waive everything then my offer could be strong enough to accept by seller. I hate this statement since I do not think I should be rich enough to bid offer. When I decided to give up, I met Maggie, she gave me the different option and negotiated with the seller who is the really hard person. Also she helped me to check everything in the house that I never thought about. I would recommend everyone to use her as agent. Try and find out how she good enough compared with other agent in the market.

Maggie was an excellent realtor! As a first-time home buyer, she walked us through the whole process. We tried to put a few offers but we were not able to win the bidding war due to the hot market. Maggie was very patient and never pushed us. She knows our needs and always reminded us not to get lost in the search. Sometimes we would find a house that didn’t really fit our needs. Maggie would analyze the pros and cons to make sure that we made the right decision. In addition to that, Maggie is well connected in the real estate industry. She introduced us a contractor before the closing so we could start the renovation right away after the seller moves out. If I could do this whole experience again, without a doubt Maggie will be the person I will call. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!

First of all, we really enjoy the experience working with Maggie during our purchase. She has provided a lot of help to us from the beginning to the end of the process. We appreciate her thoughts on the pros and cons of each house we looked at together, and her thorough analysis about the market when we submitted the offer. This helped us make the decision. After the offer was accepted, Maggie provided some recommendations on loan and law firms and this was very helpful. She had been working with us, the seller’s agent, the lawyer, and the loan officer to facilitate the closing process. We are so impressed by Maggie’s professionalism and knowledge. Maggie is a true professional. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made to choose to work with her. I appreciate all her help and honest advice throughout the purchase process. She was incredibly responsive and knowledgable of the Waltham market. We discovered a potential water leakage issue just a few days before closing. Maggie is an amazing agent. He was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun to work with. She will make it happen with the best terms possible for you. I worked with many agents over the course of two years and none of them were able to close on a property I liked.
